At Beeyou, we believe that opportunities to socialise and receive support from others should be accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances.

We understand that financial difficulties can happen to anyone, and we never want cost to be a barrier to participation. To support inclusivity within our community, fee waivers or reduced-cost spaces may be available for individuals experiencing financial hardship.

Ensure financial hardship does not prevent participation

Treat all requests with dignity, privacy, and respect

Eligibility

Fee waivers may be considered for individuals who:

· Are experiencing financial hardship

· Have limited disposable income

· Are facing unexpected financial challenges

· Receive benefits or low-income support

What We Offer

Depending on availability and funding, we may provide:

· Full fee waivers

· Reduced-cost places

· Flexible payment options

How to Apply

Participants can request support by:

· Speaking privately with a Beeyou team member

· Sending a confidential message or email

We aim to keep the process informal, respectful, and free from unnecessary paperwork wherever possible.

Confidentiality

All requests for financial support will be handled confidentially and without judgement.

Review of Support

Fee waivers may be reviewed periodically to ensure support is reaching those who need it most while allowing Beeyou to continue supporting the wider community.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Purpose

Beeyou Support Hive CIC aims to keep our activities affordable and accessible while ensuring that we can cover the costs associated with running our sessions and workshops.

This policy explains our approach to cancellations, refunds and non-attendance.

2. Workshop & Activity Bookings

Places on workshops and paid activities are booked and paid for in advance.

All workshop and activity bookings are non-refundable, including where a participant subsequently decides they are unable to attend.

This is because Beeyou may have already committed funds towards materials, venue hire, refreshments, facilitators and other costs based on the number of confirmed bookings. Although we often have waiting lists in place we cannot guarantee spaces will be filled and we also incur various fees and charges relating to transactions, alongside our administration time.

3. Transferring Your Place

If you are unable to attend a booked workshop or activity, you may transfer your place to another person, provided:

- You notify Beeyou in advance.

- The replacement attendee is suitable for the session.

- Beeyou has been provided with the replacement attendee's name before the session.

The original booking holder remains responsible for ensuring Beeyou receives the relevant information

4. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend a booked session without prior notification will be treated as a no-show.

No refund will be provided for non-attendance.

Repeated non-attendance without notification may affect a person's ability to pre-book future limited-capacity sessions

5. If Beeyou Cancels a Session

If Beeyou Support Hive CIC has to cancel a paid session or workshop, attendees will be offered either:

- A full refund; or

- A transfer to an alternative session/date, where available.

The attendee will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of booking.

6. Changes to Session Dates

If a session is postponed or moved to an alternative date, attendees will be given the option to transfer their booking to the new date.

Where the alternative date is not suitable, Beeyou will consider a refund in accordance with the circumstances of the change.

10. Agreement to the Policy

By booking and paying for a Beeyou Support Hive CIC workshop or paid activity, attendees confirm that they have read and accepted this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

The policy is displayed alongside our booking information to ensure that attendees are aware of the terms before completing their booking.
